About MRA
MRA Systems was established in April 2013. For over eleven years we have been providing first class digital transformation, enterprise architecture and systems engineering services to our valued Government and Public Sector clients. Over the years we have naturally chosen to work with Government and the Public Sector exclusively. We deeply understand the needs and demands of our clients and excel in delivering our services to the highest of standards.
Having a deep technical background in systems engineering allows us to bring a 'hands on' approach to all areas of our work. We were once described as 'the pencil to the broader paintbrush' when delivering programmes of work. We are most comfortable ensuring the finer details are met in large scale, extremely complex, technical transformation programmes.
2024 is a year of expansion and continued programme delivery across government and the public sector for MRA Systems. We plan to extend our offerings across a number of upcoming frameworks alongside our existing. We will also be creating a fourth service offering wrapped around our own bleeding-edge AI and Machine Learning capabilities which are currently in the R&D phase.

Sheffield City Council
Supplier Disaggregation, Enterprise Architecture & Digital TransformationMRA Systems have worked with Sheffield City Council for nearly five years. Originally starting on a supplier disaggregation piece of work migrating from Capita to the Cloud.
This extremely complex programme was completed successfully and MRA Systems were then invited to move forward with a large Digital Transformation programme. Since then, the Digital Transformation programme has been completed successfully and we have continued to integrate new ways of working, within the council, helped to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic and continued to support Sheffield taking on new technical projects while supporting the internal IT staff and consulting with third party vendors.
Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities
Supplier Disaggregation, Digital Transformation & EUC ArchitectureAs part of a group of Technical Architects, MRA Systems helped to design a supplier disaggregation programme between Fujitsu and the Cloud. Taking place over an eighteen month period at the UK Home Office in Marsham Street, London. This successful programme saw us design and build cutting edge, secure solutions and systems into Central Government and were one of the first companies in the UK and Europe to do so at the time.
Further to the supplier disaggregation programme, we provided a hands-on Digital Transformation skill set focussed around End User Compute alongside helping to stand up a brand new, outsourced technical support helpdesk to deal with IT related queries post transformation.
Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals
Enterprise Architecture & Systems Engineering ServicesSandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals Tech 2020 vision was entrusted to MRA Systems to deliver. We provided a hands-on Systems Engineering skill set to the existing 3rd Line team on a project basis, delivering a number of complex technical work packages focussed around the trusts internal Datacenter and Core Infrastructure.
Over a six month period, multiple upgrades were performed bringing the Infrastructure into vendor support. Each package was meticulously designed, documented and handed over to internal IT teams following the successful completion of the programme.
